If you have paid for your web hosting account but your status is still in a Pending state, this usually means that we're waiting to verify your phone number.  When purchasing, you should have also received an email from us letting you know we needed to verify your phone number and the steps associated with it.  In most cases, your account will be setup as soon as you verify your phone number.
